Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Automate system monitoring and maintenance using Ansible, PowerShell, and Python scripts
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system failover procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Expert proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and Azure/AWS environments
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator certification required
- Proven experience with network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues
