Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust server infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Manage and optimize network performance, security protocols, and backup solutions
- Troubleshoot system outages, security breaches, and performance bottlenecks
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and configuration management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience with Windows/Linux environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
