Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Oversee network administration including switches, routers, and wireless networks
- Automate system tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Perform disaster recovery planning and system backups
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues with SLA-driven resolution
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with cloud migration and hybrid architectures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
