Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and VPNs
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell/Python/Bash
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and performance tuning
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with NIST standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and hybrid architectures
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Advanced scripting skills for automation and monitoring
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations during critical incidents
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
