Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system hardening initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Monitor system performance using Splunk/Nagios and proactively resolve issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering enterprise Windows/Linux environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification required
- Proven experience with cloud migration and hybrid architectures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and vendor management experience
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance (if applicable)
