Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups/restoration procedures
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure bottlenecks
- Document IT infrastructure and create detailed technical procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
