Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure spanning AWS and on-premises environments
- Proactively monitor system health using Splunk and Nagios, resolving incidents within SLA targets
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins CI/CD
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP across 500+ endpoints
- Implement backup/recovery strategies for critical databases and file systems
- Lead disaster recovery testing and documentation updates
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration using Kubernetes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) with cloud migration experience
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or AWS SysOps Administrator
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and firewalls (Palo Alto)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Rubrik)
- Demonstrated success in high-availability environments
