Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Provide tier-3 technical support and incident response for critical systems
- Document system configurations, policies, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or equivalent (e.g., MCSA, RHCSA)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficient in monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
