Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure solutions including AWS and Azure environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance protocols
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through rigorous security hardening and vulnerability management
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise-level networking configurations
- Document system architecture and create comprehensive disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Expert knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration and virtualization technologies
- Certification in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+ preferred
- Proven experience with scripting (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong understanding of network security principles and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
- Previous experience in enterprise-level system administration environments
