Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Monitor system performance, health, and security to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Manage user access, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Automate routine tasks and deployment pipelines using scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Perform regular backups, disaster recovery testing, and system patching.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Systems Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, RHCE, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
