Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-level storage solutions
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning for virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Expert-level certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Linux+ Pro
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs) and Cisco/Juniper devices
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation and monitoring
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in high-availability infrastructure design and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and cross-functional communication skills
