Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server 2019/2022 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management (IAM) hierarchies.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Cisco routers and switches.
- Automate routine IT tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Oversee cloud migration strategies and manage workloads on AWS or Azure.
- Ensure data backup integrity, recovery protocols, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux administration and Windows Server management.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysAdmin are highly preferred.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
