Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable Linux/Windows Server environments
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure with IaC practices
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Automate system monitoring using Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical infrastructure incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP)
- Strong scripting proficiency (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/NetBackup)
- Proven ability to manage 24/7 on-call rotation
