Responsibilities
- Manage Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and maintain Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Oversee network security protocols and firewall configurations
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with SLA-driven solutions
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python and scripting tools
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Proven ability to manage Active Directory and enterprise networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills with 24/7 on-call rotation
