Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory infrastructure
- Oversee cloud infrastructure including Azure/AWS services and hybrid cloud solutions
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and access controls
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues and outages
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
- Document system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations and upgrades
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex network and system issues
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
