Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive data
- Configure network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Python
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Oversee backup/DR solutions and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud services
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or equivalent preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance
