What You'll Do:
We are seeking a hands-on professional to ensure 99.99% uptime, secure our data, and optimize our network performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Proactively monitor system health, performance, and availability.
- Design and execute server migrations and hardware upgrades.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration or Network Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
