Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid infrastructure
- Implement and optimize cloud solutions including AWS and Azure services
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and access control systems
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system performance tuning initiatives
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior IT team members
- Document system configurations and compliance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+ preferred
- Strong scripting abilities with PowerShell or Bash
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
