Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud platforms
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations for 500+ endpoints
- Proactively monitor system health using Nagios/Zabbix and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Execute disaster recovery tests and implement backup/restore procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform
- Document system architectures and maintain configuration management best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation tasks
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification preferred
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
