Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments for scalability and security
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP across hybrid environments
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Automate deployment tasks with PowerShell and Ansible
- Document IT infrastructure using Visio and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA or equivalent preferred)
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Active government clearance or ability to obtain
