Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server and Linux).
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data and networks.
- Oversee network performance, diagnose issues, and resolve connectivity problems.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy IT solutions and support business requirements.
- Conduct regular system audits and patch management to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, networking protocols, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Microsoft MCSE, or CCNA) are highly preferred.
