Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based systems (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues
- Document IT infrastructure and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud platform experience
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
