Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Proactively monitor system health and optimize performance for 99.9% uptime SLA
- Lead security initiatives including vulnerability scanning, patch management, and compliance audits
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration and infrastructure-as-code
- Document system architecture, procedures, and runbooks in Confluence
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network and storage issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Linux/Windows Server
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and hybrid networking (VPN, SD-WAN)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise firewalls
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
- CompTIA Server+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
