Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor security protocols for on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure
- Oversee network infrastructure including Cisco switches and Fortinet firewalls
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and capacity planning
- Automate workflows using PowerShell and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document IT processes and maintain configuration management databases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex system issues
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly
