Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across on-premise and AWS/Azure environments
- Proactively monitor system health using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Datadog
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-level security protocols
- Automate deployment and configuration management with Ansible/Terraform
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architecture and maintain operational runbooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven track record in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Security best practices knowledge (firewalls, IDS/IPS, compliance frameworks)
