Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system patching/upgrades during maintenance windows
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve critical incidents within SLA
- Automate workflows using Python/PowerShell and containerize applications with Docker
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to implement CIS benchmarks and vulnerability management
- Document SOPs and conduct quarterly infrastructure audits for compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing enterprise-level systems (Windows Server 2019+, RHEL 8+)
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Scripting proficiency (Python/Bash) and experience with configuration management (Ansible)
- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, or equivalent) required
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
