Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and identity management systems
- Automate provisioning and monitoring using Ansible/Terraform with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system restoration drills quarterly
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Provide Tier-3 support resolution for complex system outages
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory management
- Expertise in Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu) and scripting (Python/Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services and hybrid networking
- Proven track record in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage solutions
- Strong analytical skills with capacity for forensic troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
