Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and Active Directory infrastructure
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ensure 99.9% uptime through proactive monitoring and automation
- Lead security initiatives including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues and document technical procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code implementations
- Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across hybrid environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and Linux
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell, Python)
- Proven ability to manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
