Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure (AWS, Azure, on-premises)
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls and intrusion detection
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Provide tier-3 technical support and incident response
- Design disaster recovery solutions with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning
- Document infrastructure architecture and SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare, and container orchestration
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
