Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Windows/Linux server environments
- Lead cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure) with zero-downtime strategies
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Ensure 99.99% uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Manage security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and compliance audits
- Document IT infrastructure and create SOPs for disaster recovery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare vSphere, and container technologies
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ certifications preferred
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale storage solutions (NetApp/EMC)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior administrators
