Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Automate system monitoring, patching, and backup solutions using Ansible/Terraform
- Lead security hardening initiatives and incident response protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architectures and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud exposure
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services and networking fundamentals
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- ITIL foundation certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead high-impact infrastructure projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
