- Document IT processes and create technical SOPs

Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS/Azure preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and change management
