Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server infrastructure
- Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Lead security initiatives including vulnerability patching and compliance audits
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical infrastructure incidents
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server and Linux
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architecture
- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP preferred)
- Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- VMware vSphere/ESXi administration experience
- Strong background in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- ITIL foundation certification or equivalent
