Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor network vulnerabilities
- Automate system administration tasks using Python/PowerShell
- Provide Level 3 technical support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning and tuning
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with SOX/HIPAA
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare, and container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent
- Strong scripting abilities (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Proven incident resolution and root cause analysis skills
