Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical incidents, and ensure 99.9% uptime
- Automate deployment and configuration management using Ansible and Terraform
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Document system architectures and create disaster recovery procedures
- Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with 3+ years in cloud environments
- Expertise in Linux/Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Certification required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Strong background in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
