Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Windows/Linux server infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP with zero tolerance for downtime
- Conduct security hardening and vulnerability assessments quarterly
- Optimize storage solutions using NetApp and VMware technologies
- Lead disaster recovery testing and incident response protocols
- Mentor junior sysadmins and document all operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- AWS/Azure certification (or equivalent cloud platform experience)
- Strong scripting skills in Python/PowerShell/Bash
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
