Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure, including Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee network security, firewall configurations, and VPN setups to protect sensitive data.
- Automate routine tasks and deployment processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical system outages and performance issues.
- Conduct regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Linux+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
