Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively prevent downtime
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and execute backup/restore procedures
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux administration
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud services and virtualization technologies
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator preferred
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- Proven track record in network security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
