Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and access control systems
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system performance optimization
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with cloud migration and hybrid architectures
