Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network services (Cisco/Juniper)
- Automate tasks using PowerShell/Python and deploy CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/Zabbix and resolve critical incidents
- Coordinate disaster recovery tests and maintain compliance with SOX/GDPR standards
- Lead hardware refresh projects and vendor management for cloud services (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance windows
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent written/verbal communication
