Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with zero-downtime architecture
- Proactively monitor system performance using ELK Stack and Splunk, resolving incidents within SLA thresholds
- Lead enterprise-wide security hardening initiatives including patch management and vulnerability remediation
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins for 50+ production systems
- Coordinate disaster recovery drills and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical financial services applications
- Document infrastructure blueprints and create runbooks for 24/7 operations teams
- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux/Windows Server administration in enterprise environments
- Expert-level certification in AWS/Azure (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proven track record with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Deep knowledge of network security principles (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and orchestration tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
