Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Proactively monitor system performance and resolve technical issues within SLA
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system configurations and maintain disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Deep knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps, or equivalent)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk)
- Proven track record in high-availability infrastructure management
