Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server/Linux environments and cloud infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Execute disaster recovery plans and conduct regular backup testing
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure configurations and troubleshoot complex issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure and virtualization (VMware/KVM)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+ preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure-as-code
