Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Linux and Windows Server).
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect organizational data.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in System Administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (Red Hat, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expert knowledge of network protocols, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
