Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize on-premise Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical incidents and drive root cause analysis.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new applications and infrastructure updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in System Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (Red Hat/CentOS).
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
