Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, VPC) with emphasis on security hardening and cost optimization
- Monitor system health using Zabbix/Nagios and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
- Automate deployment workflows using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Execute disaster recovery testing and document SOPs for critical systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Provide Tier-3 support during critical incidents and lead post-mortem analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise-level Linux/Windows Server environments
- Expert proficiency in AWS services with at least 3 years hands-on experience
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certifications required
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
