Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) supporting 500+ employees
- Lead server administration across Linux/Windows environments with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
- Implement enterprise security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Monitor system performance using Splunk and Grafana with proactive issue resolution
- Document IT infrastructure using Confluence and maintain compliance with ISO 27001
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with 3+ years in cloud environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Certification in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+ preferred
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in incident management
