Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, Active Directory, VPNs)
- Oversee network security protocols (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and compliance frameworks
- Automate deployment using Ansible and PowerShell
- Provide Tier 3 support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Document SOPs and train junior administrators
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
- AWS/Azure certification (AZ-104 or equivalent)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent troubleshooting in complex hybrid environments
