Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using VMware vSphere and AWS/Azure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services across 50+ Windows/Linux servers
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover drills
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and Splunk dashboards
- Document SOPs for network security protocols (NIST 800-53 compliance)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing enterprise-level Windows/Linux systems
- Expertise in hybrid cloud architectures (AWS/Azure preferred)
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with VMware ESXi and backup solutions (Veeam)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management
