Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Linux, Hyper-V, and VMware environments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard corporate data.
- Oversee Active Directory domain administration, user account management, and group policies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Perform regular system backups, conduct disaster recovery testing, and execute patch management schedules.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory Services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
- CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
